Below are some Tips for searching the MLS database:

• To view available Homes, Condos and/or Townhouses

  • On the MRMLS Active Property Search window, set the "Property Type" field to Residential and click Select.  The MRMLS Active Residential Search window will appear

  • On the MRMLS Active Residential Search window, set the "Type" field to Single Family Residence, Townhouse and/or Condominium.  Multiple selections can be made by pressing the CTRL key in between selecting each item

• To view available Homes to Rent/Lease, set the "Property Type" field to Residential Lease

• Residential Income is not a property type that is used in Canyon Lake

• To view available Land/Lots, set the "Property Type" field to Land & Lots

• To view available Manufactured Homes, set the "Property Type" field to Mobile Homes

Additional Tips:

• To select property on a lake, search the "Features" drop down field until you find Waterfront and/or On Lake Front

• To select property on a golf course, search the "Features" drop down field until you find On Golf Course

• To select homes with a pool, check the appropriate box on the Residential Search window.  Make sure to read the comments and view the pictures to ensure that the seller is not referring to the community pool at the Lodge

• Note: Not all available properties are accessible over the internet (i.e., outside of the realtor MLS system).  Only properties where the Listing Realtor put a "Y" in the "Free Internet Advertising" field.  Some Sellers/Realtors choose to exclude their listing from the internet.
